True to Walter Burley Griffin’s original town plan, Canberra’s oldest suburbs are topping the charts for house sale prices.
Forrest topped the list of the most expensive suburb in Canberra with a median sold price of $2.52 million, followed by Yarralumla at $1.54 million and Griffith at $1.4 million.
