Construction Starts at Estate Forrest
Last week Addval Developments were joined by Alistair Coe MLA for the official turning of the sod ceremony to mark the start of construction at Estate.
Now that development approval has been granted by the National Capital Authority, construction has commenced on the site in Forrest, adjacent to Parliament House.
“Each residence will be built to have a spectacular view – whether it’s the vast open spaces, the beautiful green parks or of Parliament House itself.” Addval Developments Development Manager, Michelle Dzakula.
Estate is scheduled for completion at the end of 2020.
