The MBA Awards is a big event on the construction industry calendar. During the most recent ceremony, Estate Forrest won the ‘Best apartments and units 4 storeys and above’ award at the 2021 Master Builders and Asset Construction Hire Excellence Awards (ACT).

Michelle Dzakula, Addval Development’s Development Manager, said that they were ecstatic with this achievement. “This award recognises design, energy efficiency and quality of construction—these are some of the fundamental pillars upon which Estate was built. A lot of the details are in the construction itself and goes much deeper that what you’d see with the naked eye. We couldn’t be happier that these details haven’t gone unnoticed.”
